As a Registered Nurse, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

  • Conduct start-of-care visits, supervisory visits, and client assessments to ensure quality care delivery

  • Develop, review, and revise individualized plans of care based on patient needs

What is Required?

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state applying for

  • CPR Certification required

  • Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience; Home Care experience preferred

  • Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, home care benefits, and applicable State regulations preferred

  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills

  • Excellent computer proficiency and documentation abilities

  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to motivate and lead caregivers in a positive and supportive manner

  • Reliable personal transportation is required

  • Ability to travel locally, and regionally to support additional field offices as needed

Comfort Keepers is a licensed home care agency that serves seniors and veterans across Oklahoma. Under the supervision of the General Manager and/or Director of Clinical Services, the Registered Nurse or RN Case Manager is responsible for assessing & monitoring patients. RN performs initial patient assessments & home safety evaluations, designs, enters & implements the plans of care, and conducts periodic re-evaluations (every 3-6 mos).
