Your Role as an LPN:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll lead your care team in providing total, resident-centered care. Working closely with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary teams, you’ll ensure that each resident’s care plan is followed with compassion, professionalism, and heart.

Key Responsibilities:

Take responsibility for total care of residents on your assigned team
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with residents, families, and other care providers
Promote independence, dignity, and a meaningful quality of life
Serve as a mentor and role model to other care staff
Respond to emergencies and exercise strong clinical judgment

What You Bring:

Current LPN license (Pennsylvania)
Rehab or long-term care experience preferred
Strong communication & leadership skills

Computer proficiency preferred (EMR experience a plus)
