Masters Degree in Nursing and certification through a national Nurse Practitioner Licensing board. 3+ years clinical nursing experience 1+ year post-graduate clinical nursing experience in the hospice and palliative care field. Prior experience in Family Medicine, Geriatrics and psychiatry preferred. Current licensure in the state of practice as a Nurse Practitioner and maintain such licensure in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Board Certification in Palliative Care Preferred.
