Hourly Pay Range:

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

  • Location: Naperville, IL

  • Level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) 35 bed unit with strong family centered care and single room setup.

  • Per Diem as needed

  • Hours: Nights 7 PM - 7:30 AM rotating weekends and rotating holidays required

  • Travel Required: Occasional floating into Peds/PICU, SCN and Mother Baby

What you will need:

  • Associate Degree or higher in Nursing

  • If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date (effective September 1, 2021)

  • Required 2 years of NICU Level 3 RN experience

  • Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure

  • Current BLS through AHA

  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification (NRP) within six months of start date into position

Position Highlights: Position: Registered Nurse - OR Location: Arlington Heights Full time Hours: 3p to 11:30p including call, weekend and holiday schedules What you will do: Reporting to a Clinical Manager or designee, the Clinical Nurse utilizes the nursing process in the delivery of patient care including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient outcomes. Revises plans of care as indicated. Practices in accordance with physician orders, established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, the Illinois Nurse Practice Act, the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice and the ANA Code of Ethics. What you will need: Education: Successful completion of an Associate’s degree, or BSN from an accredited school of nursing. Nurses with ASN, hired/rehired on or after May 1, 2014 must obtain BSN from an accredited program within three years of position start date to continue employment. Certification/ License: Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois. Current CPR certification for basic life support provider through the American Heart Association.
