We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Allure of Galesburg. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.

  • Provide personal care and hygiene support, including ambulation, transfers, and positioning.

  • Monitor resident stability, including vital signs and weights, and record intake and output.

  • Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests, and observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.

  • Complete required documentation, including forms, reports, and records.

  • Maintain resident privacy and dignity, and comply with HIPAA guidelines.

  • Participate in ongoing education and training, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Current Illinois CNA certification required.

  • Long-term care experience preferred.

  • Current CPR certification required.

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Shift Hours:

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
