Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation: $301,600 base
Commencement Bonus: $50,000 for 3-year commitment
Annual Retention Bonus: $41,600, paid in biweekly installments of $1,600 per payroll
6 weeks PTO
On-Call Compensation: An additional $20 hr. pay while on:

1st call
Late shift from 7 p.m.- 7 a.m. weeknights
24hr call shift each weekend day

Practice Environment:

268 beds
9,400 cases per year
General, Neuro, Cardiac, Ortho, GI, and Endo cases
Level 2 Trauma Center
Full Scope Practice (regional anesthesia, peripheral nerve blocks, arterial lines, etc.)
Best anesthesia tech team
Comfortable shifts (8,12, 16, or 24-hour)
Flexibility that allows for work/life balance
3 dedicated on-call rooms for your convenience
