Qualifications   

  • Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
    • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days   
  • Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)   
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required (1 year required in GA)
  • Must have reliable transportation

EXPERIENCE Minimum 2 years’ experience with checking devices in the industry, such as Biotronics, St. Jude Medical, Boston Scientific, Medtronics, Sorin, etc One year experience with managing remote device transmissions and remote monitoring downloading of data and transferring to the EMR from Biotronik, CareLink, Latitude, and Merlin systems.
