Job Responsibilities

Providing quality RN care in post-acute facilities
Collaborating with care teams to develop care plans and identify the best options for residents
Developing and adhering to individualized resident care plans
Reviewing care options and tracking outcomes alongside clinical staff
Administering appropriate medications and treatments to residents
Properly setting up medical equipment and overseeing its use
Collecting samples for lab analysis
