Job Summary

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver (In-Home) to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare Of The West Valley in Gila Bend, Arizona. As a Caregiver, you will provide non-medical in-home care services to our clients, enhancing their quality of life and promoting independence. Your exceptional care and companionship will make a significant difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical in-home care services, including personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation, to our clients
• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare and serve meals and snacks, as needed
• Assist with medication reminders, as required
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
• Cooperate with other caregivers and team members to ensure quality care
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry best practices

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in healthcare or human services preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
• Ability to lift, bend, and move light to moderate weight (up to 25 pounds)
• Meet background check and proof of vaccination requirements
