About the Role

As a Regional MDS Coordinator, you will:

Oversee the completion of MDS assessments for our facilities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations
Collaborate with facility staff to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to MDS assessments
Provide education and training to facility staff on MDS assessment requirements and best practices
Develop and maintain relationships with facility leaders and staff to ensure a collaborative and effective working environment
Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and guidelines, making recommendations for process improvements and implementing changes as needed

Requirements

Must have previous regional experience in long-term care
Must obtain RN license in the state of Florida
Must have previous MDS coordinator experience in long-term care
