Available Positions & Shifts
AM Shift: Full-time, part-time, or PRN
PM Shift: Full-time, part-time, or PRN
NOC Shift: Part-time, or PRN
Leadership Opportunities: Ask about ADON and Unit Manager positions for qualified RNs or LPNs
What You'll Do
Administer medications and monitor residents' vital signs
Provide compassionate, person-centered nursing care
Implement and support individualized resident care plans
Complete accurate clinical documentation
Lead and support CNA staff
Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity
Communicate and collaborate with Nurse Managers and the interdisciplinary care team
Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes appropriately
Qualifications
Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Wisconsin
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassion for and commitment to caring for the aging population
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
New graduate LPNs are strongly encouraged to apply

Additional compensation for Vent/Trach certification and working on the Vent/Trach Unit
