Crawford Care Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on a PRN basis.

PRN with NO minimum shift requirements. Pick up shifts when it works for you. There are no required weekends, no required holidays, and no set number of shifts you must work.

Whether you are looking for occasional shifts, extra hours or a flexible schedule, our PRN position allows you to work around your availability.

LPN Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with facility policies
Supervise and support Nursing Assistants
Monitor and assess resident conditions
Respond appropriately to changes in condition and emergencies
Communicate with physicians, supervisors and families
Complete documentation accurately and timely
Participate in facility education and in-service programs
Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents

Qualifications

Active Pennsylvania LPN license
Strong clinical assessment skills
Ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing environment
Effective communication and leadership abilities
Compassionate approach to resident care
