We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for 4C Women’s Pavilion/Birthplace to provide comprehensive nursing care for patients and families throughout their healthcare journey. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, support positive patient outcomes, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced women’s health and childbirth setting.
What you'll do
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care based on each patient’s individual needs.
- Provide safe, compassionate care and education to patients and their families.
- Monitor patient conditions and coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare team members.
- Support patient and family involvement in care decisions through clear and respectful communication.
- Maintain professional nursing standards and contribute to a positive patient experience.
Who you are
- A licensed Registered Nurse committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
- Skilled in clinical assessment, critical thinking, and care planning.
- A collaborative team member who communicates effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Dedicated to creating a supportive, respectful, and patient-focused environment.
- Experience in women’s health, labor and delivery, postpartum, or related clinical settings is preferred.
