Position Summary:

Assists hospitalized patients with activities of daily living and as assigned, delegated and supervised by a Registered Nurse. Communicates with Charge Nurse, Nurse Manager and co-workers, as appropriate about patient needs. Is able to respond quickly and appropriately in emergent situations.

Education/ Experience: High School graduate or GED. Current Licensed Nurses Assistance licensure in Vermont. Current BLS certification required.

Other Requirements: Able to communicate effectively. Computer Literate. Experience working with an electronic health record preferred.

Description The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) will: Demonstrate the ability to maintain patient flow in the clinic. : LNA/RA: Per Diem-Day Shift LNA/RA are an essential part of our wellness team by providing basic personal assistance to the residents in maintaining their highest level of functional independence and psychosocial wellness.
