Description:

Serves as a liaison between the patient and health care team. Resolves patient needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies. Serves as a clinical resource for educational initiatives. Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological and spiritual support to patients and caregivers. Estimated pay range for this position is $32.58 - $43.33 / hour depending on experience.
