Summary Under general direction of nursing leadership, the Surgical Coordinator RN position is responsible for being the primary resource person to the team members in regard to clinical questions, training opportunities, and equipment/instrumentation for each surgical specialty. This position links nursing leadership with nursing care through the application of organizational and nursing service policies, procedures, and care delivery model.
