Responsibilities

As a Home Health Aide (HHA) - PCA, you will be responsible for:

Providing in-home care services to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Supporting clients with medication management, wound care, and other healthcare needs
Assisting with mobility and transfers, as needed
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client care activities
Communicating effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Demonstrating a strong commitment to client-centered care and promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being
