This is a benefited, full-time position (80 hours per pay period) with an 8-hour DAY shift schedule located at our Scripps Coastal Medical Center in San Marcos. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, You Will

  • Perform patient assessments and care tasks, including emergency procedures and medication administration as appropriate.
  • Educate patients and families and document patient interactions.
  • Practice infection control and contribute to the team as necessary to ensure quality patient care within own scope of practice.

Required Qualifications

  • Current California LVN license
  • American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Provider
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and follow instructions in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • One year of outpatient experience as LVN or LPN
  • Experience in an outpatient setting

Position Pay Range: $33.39-$48.28/hour
