Get to Know Your Team:

UT Health Carthage located in Panola County, boasts 23 private patient rooms. The hospital also features a 24-hour emergency department, designated as a Level IV trauma center and acute stroke ready facility with advanced diagnostic technology, a cardiac rehabilitation program, GI lab, outpatient clinics and a sleep lab.

Responsibilities

As an LVN/LPN at UTHET, you are expected to be a competent clinician.
You are experienced, knowledgeable and skilled.
You will be responsible for responsible for providing technical and human assistance under the direction of licensed personnel to provide care for a defined group of patients to achieve quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
Current Texas Licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Job Requirements:

Healthcare experience, clinic experience.

What we require: Current Texas RN (Registered Nurse) or LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) licensure Current/active CPR certification required. Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
