Right at Home is currently seeking reliable and compassionate Caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance that allows clients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

About The Roll:
As a Right At Home Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care that helps seniors, older adults, and individuals who need assistance remain safe, comfortable, independent, and engaged in their own homes. Your responsibilities may include personal care and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility and transfer assistance, medication reminders, meal preparation, feeding assistance, light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment. Depending on the client's needs and care plan, you may also provide dementia or Alzheimer's support, respite care, and assistance for clients with higher levels of care.
You will also provide companionship and emotional support, helping clients stay socially engaged and connected to the activities they enjoy. Duties may include conversation, games, reading, walks, hobbies, local errands, grocery shopping, appointments, and other approved activities. You may assist with transportation or accompany clients to appointments and community activities when applicable. As a trusted member of the care team, you will observe and communicate changes in a client's condition, mood, mobility, appetite, or overall well-being and complete required care documentation to help ensure consistent, quality care.
Great caregivers are compassionate, dependable, patient, trustworthy, and professional. You should be comfortable working independently in a client's home while following an individualized care plan and treating every client with dignity, respect, and kindness. Whether you have experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Assistant, Senior Companion, or Private Duty Caregiver, you will play an important role in helping clients remain safely at home while receiving the personal assistance, companionship, and daily support they need.
Requirements:
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written assignments, individualized care plans, company policies, and procedures.
Strong organizational and planning skills, attention to detail, and the ability to complete responsibilities accurately and follow through.
Ability to use a smartphone, tablet, and our home care management system, ClearCare, for scheduling, timekeeping, documentation, and communication.
Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships while demonstrating patience, tact, empathy, professionalism, and respect.
Must maintain the privacy and confidentiality of client, family, and company information in accordance with company policies and applicable privacy requirements.
Ability to recognize potential safety concerns, follow established safety procedures, and promptly report changes in a client's condition, unusual events, suspected abuse or neglect, or other concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
Must successfully complete required background checks and any other employment screening required by the company or applicable regulations.
Must have a valid driver's license, required automobile insurance, and reliable transportation when driving is required for an assigned position.
Must be physically capable of safely performing the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including duties associated with providing in-home care.
Must successfully complete required company orientation, caregiver training, and ongoing in-service education.
Must demonstrate honesty, integrity, reliability, respect, and a commitment to treating every client with dignity and compassion.
Qualifications:
Minimum age of 18
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and clear a background check
Preferred, not required: CNA, HHA, or PCA certification(s)
Pass drug screening
Valid Car Insurance
Ability to drive 30-45 minutes to a shift
Ability to drive clients to doctor's appointments
