Responsibilities for RN Rehab Manager:

  • Oversee and coordinate resident care to promote the highest possible level of physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning.

  • Ensure timely and accurate incident reporting, with appropriate follow-up and communication to the Administrator and the Director of Nursing.

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies and procedures based on identified clinical and operational needs.

  • Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff.

  • Monitor compliance with care plans, regulations, and quality standards to ensure optimal resident outcomes.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident-centered care and continuous improvement.

Qualifications for RN Rehab Manager:

  • Must possess a current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Rhode Island.

  • Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

  • Minimum of five years of nursing experience required.

  • Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a nursing care center, hospital, or other healthcare setting required.
