Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to the Nurse Practice Act for Licensure.
  • Oversee the overall operation and outcomes of designated clinical departments.
  • Report clinical nursing concerns to the Director of Nursing.
  • Participate in hiring, coaching/counseling, and performance reviews of staff.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Unrestricted Texas RN license or valid compact state licensure.
  • BLS (CPR & AED) Certified.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a licensed, registered nurse, preferably in supervision.
  • Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred.
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Must be able to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize.
