Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care to our short-term and long-term residents, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation services, and behavioral care

  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Conduct routine vital sign checks, administer medications, and perform wound care as needed
