Advanced Caregiver / Hospice Caregiver

SYNERGY HomeCare of Colorado Springs is looking for experienced, compassionate caregivers to provide advanced in-home care and hospice support to our clients.

This position offers daytime and afternoon/evening shifts: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM and/or 3:00–7:00 PM, Monday–Sunday. We are looking for caregivers who are comfortable providing hands-on care and who genuinely enjoy making a difference in the lives of others.

What You’ll Do

Provide hands-on assistance with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, toileting, and personal care
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with meals and light housekeeping
Support clients receiving hospice or end-of-life care
Communicate with clients, families, and the care team
Provide dependable, respectful, and compassionate care

What We’re Looking For

1+ year of caregiving or related experience
Experience providing hands-on personal care with ADLs
Hospice experience is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working with clients who have complex or changing care needs
A compassionate, respectful approach to caregiving
