Apply ASAM criteria and Medical Needs Criteria when evaluating level of care, treatment needs, and ongoing placement. Collaborate effectively with nursing, therapists, counselors, medical providers, and facility leadership as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team. Review and interpret laboratory and diagnostic results and incorporate findings into the patient's treatment plan.
