You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with diverse healthcare needs, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Provide skilled nursing care according to established protocols and physician orders.
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients and their families.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage equipment and supplies necessary for home health visits.
  • Current Michigan Registered Nurse License.
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Must pass background check and drug screening.

Education and Experience: • RN with state license required. • At least two years of clinical experience that includes training in infusion therapy. • We will train an otherwise competent candidate. Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • Prolonged periods of standing, bending and reaching. • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
