About the Role:

As a CNA, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized care to our patients, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing staff
• Providing emotional support and companionship to patients and residents
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients and staff

Requirements:

• Must have a current Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the state of NJ
• Must have experience in a Long-Term Care Nursing home
