Your Role as a Caregiver

As a SYNERGY HomeCare caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate non-medical home care that supports clients in maintaining their independence, comfort, and quality of life.

Your responsibilities may include:

Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction
Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Helping with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Providing medication reminders
Supporting clients with their daily routines
Building respectful and professional relationships with clients, families, and coworkers
Providing dependable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts

Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience required
Must be 18 years or older
California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or willingness to register
Current TB clearance
Current CPR & First Aid certification
Successful completion of a required background check
