What You'll Do

As an LPN, you'll play an essential role in providing compassionate, resident-centered care by:

Delivering skilled nursing care that promotes each resident's health, comfort, and independence
Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards
Monitoring residents for changes in condition and communicating updates to the healthcare team
Collaborating with physicians, Registered Nurses, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members
Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
Promoting resident safety, dignity, and quality of life
Helping create a positive, respectful environment for residents, families, and coworkers

Qualifications

Current Colorado Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or compact state license
Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
Long-term care experience preferred but not required
