We need in-home caregivers to work in Hot Springs, Hot Springs Village, Malvern, Arkadelphia, Jessieville, Lake Hamilton, Fountain Lake, Mt. Ida, Glenwood, Bismarck and all surrounding areas.

We need dedicated and hardworking caregivers who are dependable, dedicated, compassionate and willing to go above and beyond for our clients, as well as commit to following our agencies code of ethics.

JOB DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:

  • Non-Medical Assistance

  • Bathing, Grooming, and Dressing

  • Toileting and Incontinent Care

  • Meal Preparation and Diet Monitoring

  • Medication Reminders

  • Light Housekeeping and Laundry

  • Standing, Transferring, and Walking

  • Errands and Shopping

  • Transportation

  • Companionship

  • If you work overtime (more than 40 hours in a workweek), you will be paid at time and a half your regular, hourly rate for hours worked over 40 hours.

  • If you work on any of our 8 Holidays, you will be paid at time and a half your regular, hourly rate.

  • Clients set schedules, so there are a variety of shifts to choose from such as:

    • 3 hours to 12-hour shifts

    • Days, Evenings, Overnight, Weekends

 REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1 year of caregiving experience that can be verified

  • Dedication and passion for serving others

  • Positive attitude

  • Dependable - work the shifts you agree to work, be on time if not early, stay for the full shift

  • Valid Driver's License or State ID

  • Reliable transportation to and from work

  • Able to pass a criminal background check 

  • Able to pass a drug test

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

  • Must be able to stoop, bend, twist, turn and walk up and down stairs
