RN/ Registered Nurse Requirements:

Currently holds an active RN license to work in New Hampshire

We are looking for someone who is compassionate and can effectively communicate with residents, families, visitors, co-workers, physicians, and other employees. Ability to consistently demonstrate accountability, responsibility, and dependability. Able to communicate daily with nursing personnel providing clear, concise information, exercising independent judgment and critical thinking. Ability and willingness to work well with staff and to function as part of a team. · Works five days per week as designated. As needed, provides administrative supervision for the facility during weekend or for holiday coverage. · Ensures staffing to meet patient/resident needs · Develops assignments and schedules that combine the needs of the patients/residents with the capabilities of the staff. · Ensures response to unanticipated patient/resident needs. · Assists the scheduler in preparing monthly 24-hour nursing schedule for unit.
