About the Position

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Crawford Care Center, you'll provide quality nursing care to our residents while working as part of a collaborative skilled nursing team.

You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while using your clinical skills to support their health, safety and quality of life.

LPN Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with facility policies and established standards of practice.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Monitor and assess resident conditions and report changes appropriately.
Respond to changes in condition and emergencies.
Supervise and support Nursing Assistants.
Communicate effectively with physicians, supervisors, residents and families.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Participate in facility education and in-service programs.
Collaborate with the nursing and interdisciplinary teams to provide quality resident care.

Qualifications

Active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
Effective communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing environment.
Compassionate and professional approach to resident care.
New graduate LPNs are encouraged to apply.
