Registered Nurse Supervisor-RN

Monday-Friday Schedule with Weekend On-Call Rotation

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at South Mountain Rehab Center in Boonsboro, Maryland. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of our nursing units, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care in accordance with our center's policies and procedures

  • Collaborate with the nursing management team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident

  • Administer medications, document resident care, and oversee the implementation of resident schedules

  • Provide guidance and support to our nursing staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements:

  • RN License in MD or multistate

  • 5 years RN experience

  • LTC/SNF experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of nursing standards, policies, and procedures

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire our nursing team
