Full Time, Part Time Day Shift: 7AM - 3PM | 7AM - 7PM
Full Time, Part Time Evening Shift: 3PM - 11PM
Full Time, Part Time Night shift: 11PM - 7AM | 7PM - 7AM

Position Summary

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), you will provide high-quality care and support to residents while promoting dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life. Working under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, you will assist with daily living activities and play an essential role in delivering exceptional resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and hygiene.

  • Transfer, reposition, and transport residents safely using proper techniques and equipment.

  • Assist with meals, feeding, supplements, and intake documentation.

  • Observe residents and promptly communicate changes in condition to nursing staff.

  • Monitor and report skin concerns and other health-related observations.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and resident records.

  • Support admissions, discharges, and transfers.

  • Follow all infection control, safety, and facility policies.

  • Participate in emergency preparedness activities and facility drills.

Qualifications

  • Current New Hampshire LNA certification in good standing required.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Current CPR/BLS certification (or abiltiy to obtain)

  • Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
