Compensation:

  • Competitive pay based on experience + shift differential

  • Sign On Bonus: Full Time: $5,000 | Part Time: $2,500

Shifts Available:

  • Full Time & Part Time Day Shift: 7AM - 3PM or 7AM - 7PM

  • Full Time & Part Time Evening Shift: 3PM - 11PM

    On-call participation required (1x every 10 weeks)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. As an LPN at Langdon Place of Dover, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing care, supporting residents' health and comfort, and working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders

  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

  • Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the RN or physician

  • Document care and maintain accurate clinical records

  • Supervise LNAs and support team-based care delivery

  • Promote residents' dignity, comfort, and overall well-being

  • Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Current LPN license in the State of New Hampshire

  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
