Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team at Stillwater Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Covington, Ohio. As an STNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. State Tested Nursing Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and our community.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including assisting with daily living activities, bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Monitor patients' vital signs, report changes to nursing staff, and document patient information accurately and thoroughly

  • Assist with bedside care, including feeding, toileting, and transferring patients

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control standards

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care transitions

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
