Qualifications Active RN license in the state of employment. Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Current CPR/BLS certification required. Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience preferred; long-term care or geriatric experience is a plus. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities. Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems preferred. Licensure Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license required. LPN candidates will not be considered. Experience Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting. At least 1–2 years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Experience with CMS regulations and state survey processes is highly desirable. Skills Strong clinical assessment and leadership abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
