We love to celebrate our team! • FUN and Friendly Work Environment - GREAT leadership team! • Supportive Staffing Ratios Key Responsibilities: • Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. • Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) as directed. • Assist residents with mobility, positioning, transfers, and use of assistive devices. • Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff. • Answer call lights promptly and provide needed assistance. • Help residents with meals, including tray setup and feeding assistance. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided. • Keep resident rooms clean, organized, and safe. • Provide respectful, compassionate care in accordance with resident care plans. • Follow facility policies, state regulations, and infection control protocols. • Participate in in-service training and continuing education as required. Qualifications : • Valid STNA certification in the state of employment • High school diploma or GED preferred. • Prior experience in long-term care or assisted living is a plus but not required. • Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively with residents and staff. • Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused. • Physical ability to lift, move, and assist residents and perform job-related tasks. • Current CPR certification (or willing to obtain upon hire). We love to celebrate our team! • FUN and Friendly Work Environment - GREAT leadership team! • Supportive Staffing Ratios Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct nursing care to residents according to care plans and physicians’ orders. • Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner. • Monitor and document residents’ health status, reporting any significant changes to the RN or physician. • Assist with resident assessments and the development of individualized care plans. • Supervise and direct CNAs and other nursing assistants in delivering daily care. • Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and in compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations. • Respond to emergencies and follow proper protocols. • Support residents and families with health education and emotional support. • Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and HIPAA standards. • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, audits, and in-service training. Qualifications : • Valid LPN license in the state of employment • Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program • CPR/BLS certification (required or able to obtain upon hire) • At least 1 year of nursing experience (long-term care preferred, but not required) • Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, and team members • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred • Strong critical thinking, organizational, and time-management skills Join us as a Licensed Practical Nurse today!
