Above all, you must maintain excellent situational awareness and quick reflexes to ensure environmental safety and provide steady, safe guidance to a senior during a crisis or an emergency, such as a fire
Absolute Reliability: Our seniors truly look forward to your visits, and they genuinely need you there. Consistency is vital to their well-being, so we require mature professionals who are deeply committed to their scheduled shifts and rarely call off. Your reliability is the foundation of their safety and peace of mind.
A Ready Vehicle: A valid US Driver’s License, a reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance to get you safely to and from your appointments at the seniors' homes.
Background & Credentials: The ability to pass a thorough criminal background check and personality evaluation. (Note: While a formal medical background isn't required for companion roles, we actively welcome licensed RNs, CNAs, HHAs, and LPN/LVNs for advanced care matches.)
