As an RN Nursing Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional nursing care. Your expertise as a Registered Nurse (RN) will shine as you oversee our dedicated nursing team. Your coordination skills, adherence to high professional standards, and collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams will ensure our residents receive the care they deserve. Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor:

  • Ensuring the delivery of effective, high-quality nursing care

  • Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans

  • Implementing care plans with a resident-centered focus

  • Utilizing available resources for counseling and discharge planning

  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to adjust care plans based on changing needs

Qualifications:

  • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in CT

  • Must be able to read, write, and understand the English language fluently

  • Current CPR certification

  • Basic computer skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Skilled Nursing with Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, or Supervisor experience
