We are looking for compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide medical care in a home care setting, in accordance with an established care plan. Day and Night shifts are available. We offer competitive compensation to go along with our world-class service. This particular position is for a medically complex home care case in Davenport, FL.

Must have at least two (2) years of experience as an LPN. Experience with ICU/PCU or quadriplegic patients preferred. Must have ventilator and tracheostomy experience.

 

LPN’s are responsible for tasks such as:

* Daily assessments of clients

* Administration of medications (oral, enteral, inhaled, etc.)

* Documentation of client status, and/or changes

* Communication with RN, MD, & other medical professionals for orders and updates

* Tracheostomy care and suctioning

* Ventilator management

* Tube feeding

* Disease management

* Coordination client medical appointments
