Your Role as a Homecare Nurse:

As a Homecare Nurse, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and following individualized care plans

  • Administering medications and performing wound care

  • Monitoring patients’ conditions and updating care teams

  • Educating patients and families on managing conditions

  • Offering emotional support and ensuring comfort

Our goal is to provide compassionate care that enhances the overall health and well-being of our patients.

Schedule: Part-time positions available

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing

  • Current BLS certification

  • At least one year of nursing experience (home care experience preferred)

  • Experience with G-Tube care

Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication with residents, families, and health care team members. Experienced in organizational, time management skills. Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills. Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory and management experience. Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications. Demonstrates knowledge of federal, state and local adult care regulations.
