Responsibilities

  • The Director of Clinical Services works to provide overall direction to the hospice clinical team
  • They are responsible for hiring of qualified hospice personnel: the provision of hospice services, directly, and the delegation to and coordination of hospice personnel evaluations; and establishing standards of care to comply with federal and state regulations and guidelines
  • Implement policies, procedures, and best practices for operations
  • Review and monitor sales and service performances
  • Support, build, and sustain a diverse team of talent who successfully and consistently deliver on objectives and goals
