Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Night Shift
Location: The Gardens at West Shore| Camp Hill, PA
Shift:

  • Full-Time 2:30pm -11:00pm - Every Other Weekend


Pay Rate: Up to $52 per hour, based on experience

The Gardens at West Shore, a skilled nursing facility, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our leadership team. Our nurses are united by compassion and driven by purpose, and we’re looking for a strong leader to help guide our care team.

As an RN Supervisor, you will oversee nursing staff, ensure quality resident care, and support the Director of Nursing in maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence—all while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and supervise nursing staff during the day shift

  • Ensure care is delivered in accordance with physician orders and resident care plans

  • Promote and maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations

  • Support, mentor, and evaluate nursing personnel

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in Pennsylvania

  • Supervisory experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

  • Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
