Pay: $50.00 – $55.00 per hour (Based on experience)

The Role: Impact & Leadership

As our RN Unit Manager, you will have full clinical and operational oversight of your LTC unit. You will:

  • Drive Clinical Excellence: Manage patient care plans, oversee medication administration, and ensure all documentation meets the highest standards of accuracy.

  • Lead & Mentor: Supervise and inspire your nursing team (LPNs and CNAs), fostering a culture of accountability and compassion.

  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain a "survey-ready" unit by adhering to New York State Department of Health (DOH) regulations and HIPAA standards.

  • Coordinate Care: Oversee admissions, discharge planning, and family communications to ensure a seamless resident experience.

  • Optimize Operations: Utilize EMR systems to track resident progress and manage unit staffing to ensure optimal care delivery.

What You Bring to the Team

  • License: Active New York State RN License (Required).

  • LTC Expertise: A deep understanding of Long-Term Care regulations and geriatric nursing.

  • Leadership Experience: Proven success in a supervisory role (Unit Manager, ADON, or Charge Nurse).

  • Clinical Skills: Proficiency in EMR documentation, infection control, and care planning (Dementia and Memory Care experience is a plus).
