About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Medication Aide or LPN. In this role, you will assist residents with their day-to-day activities, including medication administration, bathing, showering, dressing, and more. Your exceptional communication and people skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our residents and their families. As a successful candidate, you must possess a high school diploma or GED, a certificate in Medication Administration through the Department of Human Services, or a Licensed Practical Nurse License in good standing in the state of PA.

Responsibilities

  • Administer medication to residents as prescribed by their healthcare providers

  • Assist residents with bathing, showering, and dressing

  • Help residents with getting to and from meals and answer call bells

  • Provide exceptional care and support to residents, including physical and emotional needs

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
