Full-time | Starting at $17.00 per hour + $50 Sign-On Stipend

At Home Matters Caregiving, we're committed to changing the way Home Care is provided. We're seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers who are committed to providing high-quality, client-centered care to older adults in their homes. What You'll Do:

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Provide personal care including hygiene, grooming, and mobility assistance
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Monitor client safety and report changes to the care team
• Follow individualized care plans and document daily activities

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (home care or facility-based)
• Must reside in South Carolina
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• First Aid certification required per DHEC (paid training provided if needed)
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Able to meet the physical demands of caregiving, including lifting up to 50 lbs

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $17.00 per hour
• Opportunity for pay increases based on experience, availability, and performance
