Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) - Excelsior Springs, MO

12hrs. +Rotating Weekends

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team at Aspire Senior Living Excelsior Springs. As a Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents while ensuring a safe and dignified environment. Your expertise and empathy will make a significant impact on the lives of our residents and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to residents, including medications, treatments, and wound care

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

  • Conduct periodic assessments and updates to care plans

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

  • Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

  • Demonstrate a commitment to resident-centered care and customer service

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Missouri

  • Experience in a long-term care, senior living or related field

  • Current CPR certification

  • Ability to work a 12-hour night shift schedule, including weekends and holidays
