We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our healthcare team. In this role, Certified Medication Technician (CMT) will be responsible for administering medications, treatments, and other medical interventions as prescribed by our medical staff. Certified Medication Technician (CMT) will also provide resident care and support, including assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and reporting any changes or concerns to our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications, treatments, and other medical interventions as prescribed by our medical staff

  • Provide resident care and support, including assistance with daily living activities

  • Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to our healthcare team

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration and resident care

  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for our residents and staff

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in the state of Missouri

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with assistance

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Compassionate and caring approach with residents and families
