Golden Years In-Home Senior Care is seeking a trained and compassionate Home Care Aide (HCA) to provide overnight care for a client in Fallbrook, CA. Position Details

  • Location: Fallbrook, CA (San Diego County)

  • Shift: Overnight

  • Position: Home Care Aide (HCA)

  • Pay: Competitive and based on experience

Caregiver Responsibilities

  • Personal care and hygiene assistance

  • Overnight supervision and safety monitoring

  • Incontinence care

  • Dementia and memory care

  • Assistance with transfers and activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • Meal preparation

  • Light housekeeping

  • Companionship and emotional support

  • Running errands and grocery shopping as needed

Qualifications

  • Current California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration required (or willing to obtain, we can help)

  • Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience

  • Experience providing personal care and dementia care

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance

  • Current TB test or clear chest X-ray

  • Live Scan fingerprint clearance

  • COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption

  • Willing to travel up to 25 miles for assigned shifts
