Caregiver Pay & Benefits

  • $19–$25/hour based on experience, certifications, availability, shift type, and client assignment

You'll have the support of a responsive local office while building meaningful one-on-one relationships with the clients you serve.

What You'll Do as a Caregiver

  • Provide companionship and personal care

  • Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and transfers

  • Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping

  • Provide dementia and Alzheimer's support

  • Assist with transportation, errands, and appointments

  • Provide medication reminders

  • Observe and report changes in client condition

What We're Looking for in a Caregiver

  • Compassionate, dependable, and professional

  • Comfortable providing personal care

  • Strong communication skills

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • At least 18 years old

  • Able to pass required background screening

  • Must obtain and maintain California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration before client assignment

  • Caregiving experience preferred but not required

  • Current HCA registration or CNA certification is a plus
